Sub: found inconsistency in development & quality in shipment conditions configuration

Hi expert

I am facing error in maintaining condition on scale basis in TK11 for shipment conditions on QEI .but while maintaing this conditions on development on scale basis no error found .when I have tried to find out the cause ,found one inconsistency in configuration . to remove it I have created desired configuration on development & transported it on QEI but still facing same inconsistency.
